How to qualify for sandbox subscription

• If you do not meet these criteria, you are likely to see this message—even if you register with a personal Microsoft account and fill out your profile correctly.

3. Other Options: If you need a development environment right away, you can purchase a single license Microsoft 365 plan and set it up for your own testing.
4. Wait for Updates: Microsoft is expected to re-open the free sandbox program to more users after improvements to their registration and verification process (estimated in coming weeks but not guaranteed).

Hi Pranitha,

I work for a Microsoft Solutions Partner who is a member of the MAICPP.

We have just been granted 50 x Visual Studio Enterprise licences as part of our Solutions Partnerships.

However, we are unable to get access to a developer sandbox environment, even though we are entitled to.

We see the message 'thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription'.

Support staff are unable to assist, often sending us to visual studio support and then back to partner center support.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
