I bought one account 2 years ago and i recently got a new account but my first account has the 15th anniversary cape but my new one does not. I wanna migrate my 15th anniversary cape but i can't find a way to get it. I still have access to my old account but i still can't migrate my cape. Is there any way to migrate it?

It is not possible to move the 15th anniversary cape from one account to another account it is locked to the account it was originally obtained on and cannot be transferred.
