Installing or updating Microsoft Edge on Android devices
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hello all,
Previously, I saw that Chromium 128 will be the last version to run on macOS 10.15 Catalina. And when version 129 released, it needs macOS 11 Big Sur or later. Will Edge drop support for macOS 10.15 like Chromium does? If it does, please let me know because some of my friends are still using macOS 10.15 Catalina.
All the best,
Joey To (To Tuong Huy)

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, and I'm here to help !
As Edge is a Chromium-based browser, it follows the Chromium lifecycle.
There's no official communication from Microsoft on this subject, but it's reasonable to assume that macOS Catalina will no longer be supported in future Edge updates, given that Chromium has discontinued support for this version.
