I HAVE installed Carbonite, Microsoft Office Professional 2013, Adobe Standard XI, Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office System, Google Chrome, McAfee Total Protection, ScanSnap Manager (for scanner), Spybot, Turbolister (for listing on Ebay), and Tea Time (compilation of magazines from Hoffman Media in electronic form).
- Have you tried to use remote desktop connection prior to the issue? I have not – and don’t intend to.
- Are you getting any error message on the Computer? No.
Basically, I just want to know what it is and if I need it. But I can’t find out what it is – and it won’t let me turn it off.
I DO notice in my software a “Citrix Online Launcher”, but that was on the computer when I got it from Dell.
