Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups

One of my user is trying to send email to teams channel lets say ******@amer.teams.ms and user is getting the below error.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:******@amer.teams.ms Email integration is not enabled for the tenant.

Our users send emails to other teams channels and this feature is enabled. it looks this teams or teams channel is having issue. experts guide me. i have tested with other teams channel i don't see any issue.

I can confirm this happens periodically and more frequently as of late due to Microsoft's lack of resources on receiving these emails and the spam filtration that sporadically block emails.

It'd be good if Microsoft fixed this issue.

From your description "Email Intergration" should have been enabled in this tenant.

Please double-check it just in case.

Please also check the settings of this channel to see if there are some restrictions:

Please note your second image there is no description of where you got that menu and its not like its right under where you first posted which made the whole post useless for me.. but hopefully this helped someone lol..
