I need to reset my mfa methods because i reset my phone and cant get to my authenticator app, maybe if i can add a phone number to my account

If you lost access to your Authenticator app after resetting your phone:

Go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup

Select “Add method” → choose Phone or Authenticator app to register your new device.

I have tge same issue . I am a Power Platform Developer , so for learning purpose they have provided me an account but that is not an organisation or work account it is .onmicrosoft account , I cant able to use my authenticator and I have left my previous organizations is there any way I can reautheticate my account . everytime I login MFA is sending but in phone I cant add my account in auntenticator

To resolve the error, please contact the Global Admins of your tenant as discussed over the private messages.

As confirmed by you, you have resolved the issue by logging into the outlook account used to create tenant.
