Hi, I have connected a SharePoint folder with docs to my agent but it keeps asking for data like it wouldn´t see it.

Hi Camacho Corrales, Alina thanks for raising your issue. Has the agent been published? Also, could you please ensure the SharePoint folder/site/documents are accessible by the users trying to ask the agent. Confirm they can open the docs via SharePoint normally. In Copilot Studio, under the Configure → Knowledge section, check that your added SharePoint items show status Ready (not “Preparing”). If still preparing, wait and then republish.

The files connected/linked to the Knowledge Base were stored in a One Drive Folder. This folder has to be shared with the potential users in order to refer to the data in its responses. I hope it's understandable.
