Copilot Studio Agent will not read entire data set in Excel or markdown

I have a Copilot Studio agent linked to a single markdown file within SharePoint (~2000 lines, originally from Excel). The agent is instructed to read the entire file, understand the data structure and categories, and answer simple questions about the data. However, it only processes the first 9–10 lines—same issue I had with the original Excel source.

Even after reducing the file to 25 rows, the agent still reads only the first 10 lines.

    SOLVED! I've learned that if the agent is not published, it will only process a limited extract of the data. In my case - about 10 rows.
